thursday 13th october, 6.30pm<\/strong><\/p> we have been made aware of a potential scam whereby some patients are being called by someone pretending to be from their hospital or medication delivery company, asking for their card details to pay for medications.<\/p> please be vigilant and if you do receive a call like this, do not give any personal details.<\/p> if you have received such a call, please let us know by emailing office@phauk.org. we will update this information as soon as we have more details. <\/p> update: 29th november <\/strong><\/p> there are still reports of a small number of people who are being asked for payment for their homecare deliveries. the nhs will never ask for payments for these medications, so any attempt to do this is fraud. <\/p>
