government funding. <em>that\u2019s why people like you make such a difference.<\/em><\/p><p>by fundraising for the pha uk you\u2019re helping to ensure we can continue to support the ph community by:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>producing information and support resources to help people live better lives with ph<\/li><li>reducing isolation via networks, forums and events<\/li><li>funding cutting-edge research<\/li><li>campaigning about the things that matter to people affected by ph<\/li><li>raising awareness, educating and encouraging understanding<\/li><li>supporting and protecting specialist care<\/li><\/ul><div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>as the only uk charity for people affected by ph, we\u2019re here for patients, carers and loved ones too.<\/strong><\/h4><p><\/p><p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color
