i will raise awareness of pulmonary hypertension, and support those with it, by helping people around me understand that not all disabilities are visible.

i promise to continue advocating for our membership and supporting all of those affected by ph; patient, family, loved ones alike.

i promise to always do my best to raise awareness of ph, advocate for people with hidden disabilities, and encourage understanding of rare diseases.
